On-site registration will be accepted only for those individuals who have submitted their registration from and received the acceptant/invitation letter from the organizer. For accepted registration, invitation letters will be sent to the participant immediately after the registration.

The conference fees cover access to all sessions, registration documentation, conference materials, book of abstracts, tea breaks and lunches, welcome dinner, and field trips. Accompanying person fee includes registration documentation, welcome dinner and field trips. Registration fees exclude accommodation, travel, and airport transfers, personal and optional social events.
